RSAWEB is an Accredited Level Two Contributor with a Broad Based BEE score of 90%. We strive to achieve a diverse workforce truly representative of the people of South Africa. This objective is supported by the implementation of rigid employment equity plans and targets at RSAWEB as well as our proactive approach to alignment with the Employment Equity Act. Additionally, we offers internships for young IT staff looking for experience in the industry, we are a participant in the annual University of Cape Town Graduate recruitment programme where we are able to provide platforms of opportunity to a great number of previously disadvantaged students and aspiring professionals. The firm will remain committed to the employment, promotion and advancement of individuals from previously disadvantaged backgrounds.
