Company Culture
The Pétanque team is a small core team, who work with contractors on different projects.  Key in the team is the TACT principle:  Team work, Accountability, Communication and Trust.  These are the pillars of how we work as a team, and as individuals.  It allows individuals to operate independently, within a supportive structure.

What is Pétanque?
The game of pétanque, or boules (pronounced boolz) is played by 2,3 or 4 people on an area of approximately 10sqm.  It is played on grass, sand or even uneven terrain.  One can play Singles, or Doubles with 2 players on each side.

The game kit consists of the jack and a set of larger balls.  The objective of the game is to earn points:  the player who lands her or his boules closes to the jack, earns a point.  In order to land closest to the jack, the player has to apply a number of tactics to either bump other boules out of the way, or to move around the other boules.  The first player to reach the agreed target points, is the winner.
