gradzone successfully co-hosts a leadership seminar
Johnson has identified five types of leadership and believes people are usually a combination of at least two. Luminaries: are thinkers and are full of ideas. Entrepreneurs: can identify opportunities. Managers: lead by implementing systems. Organisers: are task-orientated individuals. Networkers: like to connect with others and use their contacts. Good leaders lead out of two or more of the above identities and to find out how to do so you will have to read the book. It can be found in most leading book stores. Guests at the seminar were treated to a scrumptious spread of food and were hosted in the beautifully restored old Baumanns biscuit factory in Woodstock, Cape Town. LEMON Leadership and other works of Brett Johnson were on sale at the event. To find out more about Johnson’s publications, please click here. The Key Recruitment Group partners with The Institute, which is an organization that works on the framework of repurposing businesses to leave a positive footprint in the world. |
