Our Story
We all know that getting into the job market as a fresh graduate is not the easiest of experiences; so with this in mind a group of Stellenbosch University students got together to launch gradzone. Their plan was to create a space where graduates from Universities throughout South Africa could gain access to information and contacts that could not only open up exciting career opportunities but also put them in contact with their employers of choice.
gradzone was officially launched in 2004 and in April 2008 gradzone was acquired by the well-established Key Recruitment Group who saw it as the perfect vessel to fulfil their passion: to see people in careers that manifest their gifting.

Meet our Team
Heather Johnson is our ray of sunshine! She brings smiles all round through the piles of admin we often have to deal with! Heather has a servant heart which makes her a great pleasure to work with. She is born and bred in Cape Town and she has 7 years of strong admin experience.
Bet you didn’t know she is an admin assistant by day and a ballerina by night.
Sarah Neisius hails from UCT with her Honours in Industrial Sociology, which makes her perfectly suitable for her Graduate Recruitment Specialist role. Sarah has a special interest in work place change and labour relations, which ensures that she helps graduates find their dream jobs and companies their ideal employees.
